By Boxing Day, nobody wants to look at another leftover ham. The kitchen is still recovering from yesterday and no one is volunteering to host again.
So don't. Hand it over for three hours.
Lunch is a proper gourmet buffet: wagyu beef carvery, prawns, calamari, ricotta and spinach agnolotti, roasted chat potatoes, BBQ chicken, garden and coleslaw salads, seasonal fruit, coffee and tea. A glass of premium Australian sparkling on arrival, then beer, red and white wine, sparkling and soft drinks included for the full cruise. No cooking, no dishes, no one asking what's for lunch.
The Cadman runs three levels with an open-air rooftop, so there's shade when you want it and sun when you don't. Sydney Harbour does the rest - the Bridge, the Opera House and the eastern bays at their best on a summer afternoon.
It's also the busiest day of the year on the water. The Sydney to Hobart fleet starts at 1pm and turns for the Heads while we're out there, so you'll be among the spectator fleet watching them go, with a plate in one hand and a drink in the other. Beats standing three-deep on a headland.

🪑 A Seat for Everyone: Numbers are capped so there is comfortable seating for every guest across our three decks. Seating is cocktail-style and unreserved — sit where you like, move around, come and go from the rooftop. We don't allocate tables or reserve seats for groups.
🍾 Drinks Package (included in ticket price): Premium selection of beer, red & white wine, sparkling wine and soft drinks for the duration of the cruise.
🥂 Welcome Drink (collected from the bar): Glass of premium Australian sparkling on arrival.
⚓ Open-Air Rooftop: Unobstructed 360-degree views of the harbour from the top deck, and panoramic views of Sydney's landmarks from all three levels.
🎵 Entertainment: Music throughout the cruise.
🍸 Cocktail Bar: Spirits, cocktails and fine wines available for purchase from our well-stocked bar.

11:20 AM: Boarding

2:30 PM: Drop off
Wharf number is confirmed by email in the week before the cruise.

REFUNDS & CHANGES
Change of mind: cancel up to 30 days before the cruise for a full refund of the ticket price. That's on or before 26 November 2026.
Inside 30 days: tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late arrivals and no-shows: the vessel departs at 11:30 AM and cannot wait. Guests who miss departure are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by us: if the cruise is cancelled by Cadman Cruises for any reason, you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer to another sailing.
The Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race is not a condition of this cruise. The cruise proceeds as scheduled regardless of the race being delayed, relocated or cancelled.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
Dress code: smart casual. Flat shoes recommended.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
All food and beverages are included in your ticket except spirits and cocktails, which can be purchased from the bar.
Wheelchair access: standard wheelchairs are fine. No heavy electric scooters.
Boxing Day is a very busy period on the harbour. Please allow plenty of time to reach the wharf and arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
