CAD Monkey Dinner 2026

Put on your Hammer pants, ditch the Breakfast Club, and hop in your Delorian, because the CAD Monkey Dinner is heading back in time to the heyday of the arcade!

Join us on Saturday, January 31, 2026 as we descend upon ! This unique venue is a pinball and arcade machine showroom by day, but they’re opening their doors to us Monkeys at night. Located just down the street from the George R Brown Convention Center, this venue is the perfect spot for dozens of CAD Monkeys to kick off an incredible week of learning and fun.

This year, we'll have the entire showroom venue to ourselves, plus access to the neighboring lounge, which will be serving drafts, cocktails, and signature drinks all night long. Plus, all night long indulge in delicious food, refreshing drinks, and an electrifying atmosphere.

About the CAD Monkey Dinner

What began as a small intimate gathering between a few hard-core SolidWorks nerds in 2012 has since exploded into a can't-miss event that has welcomed executives, power-users, bloggers, user group leaders, and the biggest names in the SolidWorks community, who have been taking in the city's sights and tastes before the main event gets underway. Saturday night's CAD Monkey Dinner is an event where far-flung friends can get together to check in, catch up, and celebrate another year at our favorite nerd convention!
