6 p.m. Ribeye Pitchfork Fondue Dinner: Ribeye steak, cheesy dutch oven potatoes, veggies with parmesan, rolls, drink and choco-cherry cobbler with ice cream. ($35)

The Festival will also feature the amateur-level Best Cheesecake in the County Contest.
First place wins $500 in Schreiber Foods products with second and third place taking $300 and $200 respectively, not to mention bragging rights.
A ribeye steak pitchfork fondue dinner with cheesy potatoes with Gossner cheese, veggies with parmesan, rolls and choco-cherry cobbler with Casper’s ice cream will be held at 6 p.m. with live music by the Salzburger Echo alpenhorn band. Tickets are $35 and should be
purchased in advance online.
The event has brought together dairy producers, dairy product manufacturers, USU Extension, Dairy Farmers of America, Cache County and the Cache Valley Visitors Bureau.
