About this Event
The Sydney Bach Society in partnership with Create NSW is delighted to present a third Caccini Circle concert. Starring the intrepid Marais Project (Jennifer Eriksson, Tommie Anderson, and Susie Bishop) and the award winning Australian composer and performer, Jane Sheldon, this promises promises to be spectacular musical event.

The Caccini Circle Concerts
Set in the beautiful surrounds of Christ Church St Laurence, these free* lunchtime recitals bring together some of Australia's most beloved classical artists, pairing each performer with an award winning composer in what promises to be a dynamic and thrilling musical experience.
Named after the Baroque composing and singing sensation, Francesca Caccini (1587 - 1640), these concerts celebrate the rich and varied compositional voices of Australia's women. Each Caccini commission asks our selected composer to delve into the Baroque repertory, and to reimagine the works of the past for a diverse 21st Century audience.
