Harnessing Ethical AI Leadership - Impact of Individuals, Organizations, and Society

SHAPING TOMORROW'S CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH ADVANCED GENERATIVE AI

Event Photos

The evolving landscape of customer experience (CX) has been significantly influenced by the advancements in artificial intelligence (AI). Recent findings from McKinsey's State of AI report indicate that over half of businesses are allocating more than 5% of their digital budgets towards AI initiatives. Among the emerging AI platforms, one standout is ChatGPT, which has garnered considerable attention in the market.

In our panel discussion on Generative AI (Gen AI) and customer experience (CX), we'll define Gen AI and its distinguishing characteristics, exploring its influence on CX transformation. We'll showcase its efficacy in enhancing customer satisfaction, particularly within the context of promoting investment between Canada and Australia and representing Canadian and Australian interests. We'll discuss the scalability of personalized experiences enabled by Gen AI and share implementation strategies for organizations. Ethical considerations, including responsible AI practices, will also be addressed to ensure ethical usage in personalization.

THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT, BY INVITATION ONLY.
