Lasst uns gemeinsam Tanzen!

Am Samstag, den 12. Oktober findet von 16:30 - 20:00 Uhr CACAO✨BREATH✨DANCE✨BLISS #3 im Bewegungsraum in der Fabrique statt.

Wir starten mit Mama Kakao, um unsere Herzen zu öffnen und uns mit unserer Intuition zu verbinden. Danach geht es mit aktivierenden und stärkenden Atemübungen weiter.

Wir starten langsam und achtsam, lassen die gesunden Nährstoffe des Kakaos wirken und verbinden uns durch unsere Atmung mit unserem Körper. So können wir mit offenem Herzen, gestärkt, entspannt und aktiviert mit dem Tanz beginnen.

Dabei ist es vollkommen egal, ob du Tanzerfahrung hast oder nicht. Es geht nicht darum wie du dich bewegst, wie groß, elegant oder ausgefallen deine Bewegungen sind. Es geht darum, dass du dich mit deinem Körper verbindest und dich so bewegst (oder auch nicht), wie es sich für dich gut und stimmig anfühlt. Gerne darfst du auch auf dem Boden liegen und der Musik lauschen und die Vibrationen auf dem Tanzboden spüren. Du kannst den Abend auch zu (d)einer musikalischen Reise machen.

Alles kann, nichts muss.

Der Weg zum Verstand geht über den Körper. Daher ist das freie Tanzen auch auf mentaler Ebene ein heilsames Erlebnis.
Wenn danach noch Zeit bleibt, dann lassen wir den Abend mit Tee und Snacks ausklingen.

Bring gerne etwas zum Teilen mit, wenn du möchtest.

Let's dance together!

On Saturday, October 12th, from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm, CACAO✨BREATH✨DANCE✨BLISS #3 at Bewegungsraum in der Fabrique.

We will start slowly and consciously with Mama Cacao to open our hearts and to support our bodies with healthy nutrients. Then we will continue with activating and strengthening breathing techniques to connect to our bodies. Due to the slow and conscious start, we can begin to dance - with an open heart, relaxed, happy, and activated.

It doesn't matter if you have dance experience or not. It's not about how you move, how big, elegant, or extravagant your movements are.

It's about connecting with your body and moving (or not) in a way that feels good and right for you. Feel free to lie on the floor and listen to the music and feel the vibrations on the dance floor. You can make it a musical journey for yourself.

Everything is possible, nothing is required.

The path to understanding goes through the body; therefore, free dancing is also a healing experience on a mental level.

If there is time left afterwards, we will end the evening with tea and snacks. Feel free to bring something to share if you'd like.
