About this Event

Join Laura and Dawn for a deeply nourishing and expressive journey, where ceremonial cacao opens the heart and invites inspiration to flow. Through movement and art, we begin to translate the subtle “downloads” — the insights, feelings, and visions — that arise within the cacao space.

Laura, a trained facilitator of Ceremonial Cacao, will gently guide you into a safe and sacred container. Through meditation and intuitive movement, you’ll be supported to soften, release, and reconnect — to your body, your truth, and the quiet intelligence within.

From this place of openness, Dawn will lead you into a guided creative process. Here, art becomes a language — a way to express what words cannot, to bring your inner world into form, and to witness yourself more deeply.

This is a space for all genders, honouring the beautiful balance of masculine and feminine energies that live within each of us.

About Laura

The deep inner knowing and intuition that guides me comes from a combination of my communing with Cacao in my personal life, my sacred relationship with Nature and Spirit as well as extensive training with experienced practitioners and elders around the world.

Laura Yates is a facilitator, spaceholder, and guide devoted to helping people remember their innate wholeness through deep connection. At the heart of her work are three foundational pillars: Connection to Self, Connection to Nature, and Connection to an Aligned Community.

Through embodied practices, sacred ceremonies, and transformational workshops, Laura creates spaces where people can reconnect to their true essence, root deeply into the wisdom of the earth, and feel held by supportive, like-hearted community.

Her journey has been one of personal transformation—walking the path from burnout and disconnection to a life of purpose, guided by nature’s rhythms and the wisdom of ancient traditions. She now shares these learnings through her offerings, empowering others to slow down, remember who they are, and rediscover their joy.

At The Hummingbird Life, Laura invites you to live more intentionally: to pause, breathe, and honor the sacred in everyday life.

Working with her clients, Laura helps people gain perspective, feel supported, empowered, inspired, connected and have the courage to overcome what’s holding them back.

By igniting and empowering you to step into your own power and finding you own inner joy spark, Laura supports and uplifts you into unleashing your freedom and magic onto the world, from a place of love.

Beyond The Hummingbird Life, Laura is also the founder of Secret Sunrise Singapore, a series of events that celebrate life at Sunrise or Sunset by taking you on a journey through music, movement and connection using wireless headphones.

Laura offers meditations on Insight Timer and she has also been voted on to KeyNote Women Speakers, offering a range of Keynote talks on topics including Finding your feminine flow, Connection and self acceptance.

Dawn is a multi-disciplinary visual artist working across painting and sculpture. Art has been both her teacher and companion on her inner journey, inspiring her to share creative expression as a pathway to healing and self-discovery.

As a trained art psychotherapist, Dawn brings a compassionate, insight-oriented approach to her work, supporting individuals and groups in exploring their inner landscapes. She specialises in women’s empowerment and addiction rehabilitation, and currently works as an outpatient addictions counsellor at The Cabin, Singapore.
