I am honored to invite you to join Cacao immersion - 3 days training of diving into world of Ceremonial Cacao. The training combines learning practicalities around Ceremonial Cacao (the history, meaning, different ways of preparing) with experiencing and connecting to this heart opening plant (ceremonies, meditation, guided relaxation).
All are welcome, whether you are beginner with Cacao or drink it regularly. This training is open for everyone who is ready to invite Cacao to their heart and connect with yourself on a deeper level.

The ceremonial cacao is the “real” cacao before the cacao gets processed to be turned into the
chocolate you might buy in the stores. It contains around 300 nutrients, for example magnesium,
iron, calcium, and it is one of the superfoods. And it is delicious:)
Cacao is a sacred plant medicine traditionally used in ancient Mayan and Aztec rituals, in order
to send prayers or express gratitude. Today cacao ceremonies look slightly different, but the
meaning stayed the same. We drink it with an intention to turn inward, get some clarity and
connect with what is alive within you.
Cacao is an opening heart plant, letting us listen deeply to what is inside us, answering some
questions or bringing answers. Drinking ceremonial cacao together with guided meditation and
relaxation is a beautiful experience, letting you settle and rest.

18:00-21:00 - opening Cacao Ceremony with a sharing circle, guided relaxation and setting
intentions, history and meaning of cacao

Saturday, 11th of April
9:00-11:00 – Sacred circle
11:00-11:20 – Tea break
11:20-12:00 – How to prepare cacao and introduction to the meaning of intentions and rituals (theory)
12:00-14:00 – Lunch break
14:00-16:00 – Meditation and breathwork (theory and practice)
16:00-16:20 – Tea break
16:20-17:00 – Relaxation and integration
(there will be homework, please reserve 1,5 hours in the evening)

Sunday, 12th of April
9:00-10:30 – Practice with natural elements in the park
11:30-12:30– How to organize cacao ceremony (theory)
12:30-14:00 – Lunch break
14:00-14:45 – Preparing ceremonial cacao together
14:45-15:00 – Tea break
15:00 – 17:30 Closing ceremony with sacred circle
17:30-18:00- Relaxation and integration

About facilitator:
I am Ewa and I have practiced yoga & meditation & sacred rituals for over 10 years. The sacred
plant of Cacao is very close to my heart, and it guided me through many challenging moments
in my life. I love to share the magic of Cacao with others I organize regularly Cacao
ceremonies in Malmö/Lund area. I do my best to create a welcoming space and make sure that
my events are suitable for everyone. I give instructions and suggestions, but in the end the
practice is yours.
