We invite you to join in sacred space with Jordan where you begin your journey with a personal intention setting through the heart opening power of ceremonial cacao & guided meditation.Since Ancient times cacao was used in ritual and ceremony and was considered sacred. Ceremonial grade cacao is a powerful plant medicine that will intensify the journey through your gentle floor based movement with increased oxygen and the release of "bliss” chemicals within the body.
Cacao creates a Heart opening experience and invites you to go deeper into your inner journey. It also has a high concentration of health-restoring and consciousness-altering compounds.
In this class you are empowered to surrender into deep rest as the physical body is opened with yin & restorative poses. You will then be bathed in sounds from energy attuned crystal bowls, a rainstick & drumming to continue to deepen into your experience and to soothe the mind, body & soul.
This class is deeply restorative, bringing your body to a state of vibrational balance and harmony so you are able to connect and listen to the wisdom of your heart.
No yoga experience necessary.
