Cacao Gathering + Breathwork with Sound Experience at Sonrise Barn

Join us for a Cacao Gathering and Elemental Rhythm Breathwork with Sound Bath led by Johnna Marcino and Benjamin Blondin. This experience will be both inside and outside. We will start by honoring the spirit of Cacao by the fire then flow into Elemental Rhythm Breathwork inside the loft barn, using intentional breathing techniques to release tension, awaken clarity, and deepen connection to self and spirit. The evening will close with a restorative sound bath, allowing the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to wash over you—integrating the practice and leaving you in a state of grounded renewal.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy (blanket, pillow, eye mask). Open to all levels and experience backgrounds.
