Cacao Earth Dance | TribeFlow Studio Cork
What is this journey?
A ceremonial movement experience that guides you through the five earth elements: earth, water, fire, air and space. Through cacao, guided elemental dance and sound healing.
No experience necessary. No right or wrong way to move. Just show up and let your body lead.
What unfolds?
~ We open with a cacao ceremony and shared circle: setting intentions and arriving together.
~ Guided breath and sound to integrate the cacao and drop into your body.
~ A guided Elemental Dance Journey moving through earth, water, fire, air and space: each element awakening a different energy centre and quality of movement within you.
~ We close with a sound sensory healing meditation to rest, receive and integrate all that moved through you.
About ceremonial cacao
A traditional Mayan plant medicine that gently lifts mood, clears mental fog and opens the heart for deeper inner work. Not psychoactive. Drinking cacao is always optional.
We close with a sound sensory healing meditation: lie down, receive and integrate. Throughout, Amy offers somatic energy healing touch, gentle hands-on support to deepen your rest and restoration.
