We’ll follow cacao’s transformation from pod and bean to the chocolate we recognize—learning about cultivation, harvesting, fermentation, roasting, and the sacred life cycle held within every piece of chocolate. Together we will use our sense of taste to experience each step in the life cycle of cacao in this unique bean to bar experiencial learning class.
