Set within this stunning historic church, you'll be invited to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a space of presence, reflection and wellbeing. Together, we'll share ceremonial-grade cacao before journeying inward through guided meditation, conscious breathwork and gentle practices designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
As the afternoon unfolds, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded souls, explore meaningful conversations and enjoy moments of stillness and self-reflection.
We'll then settle into a deeply immersive sound bath, where the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and healing instruments will help calm the mind, relax the body and restore inner balance.
Whether you're seeking rest, clarity, connection or simply a pause from the outside world, this experience offers a chance to slow down, recharge and come home to yourself.
Everything is provided for your comfort, including yoga mats, cushions, blankets and eye masks. Simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to be fully held in the experience.
