Then relax into clarity as you’re held by sound, letting your inner knowing rise through a soothing sound bath.

Finally, we’ll move into a playful vision board experience where creativity flows and your dreams for the year ahead begin to take shape.

All supplies will be provided, feel free to bring magazines or photos that you would like to include in your vision board. Mats, blankets, and pillows will be available but bring anything else you would like to be comfortable.
