A mystical journey into the Heart
The heart is that space of connection and centering, bringing unity and coherence to our inner life and our external reality. Now more than ever, it is a special moment to be there. The Heart is that bridge that unifies opposites and that makes us feel constantly supported and inspired. We live in an interconnected Universe, but we are not always aware of it, experiencing this connection on a daily basis.
The journey to our heart becomes necessary and also develops our power of introspection and centering, being in the present moment, switching our focus from doing into BEING! Ultimately allowing us to live life fully, to be completely part of it. This is a space of relaxation, regeneration and love.
How will this event unfold?
It is not always easy to know and to understand how to reach one’s own heart in a deeper manner
During the cacao ceremony, we will gather in heart and spirit, helped by the heart-opening effects of the ceremonial cacao and a guided meditative program.
Our Yoga and Tantra teacher will guide you step by step deep into relaxation, focusing, breathing, and a series of meditations, including moments of self reflection and exercises designed to make us more centered into the Heart. There will be a small talk introducing the subject about the heart and how to dare and allow ourselves to be there.
About the cacao
Ceremonial cacao is a traditional chocolate that’s used to emulate some of the spiritual practices of the Maya and Aztec people. Historically, cacao drinks have been used for a variety of life-affirming ceremonies, as well as to honor the gods. Now people are bringing these practices to help ground the mind, body, and spirit and open new creative pathways.
It’s also important to understand the sacredness of cacao. Plants have always been a source of medicine for humans. The world of herbs, for example, is a deep dive into the vast healing potential offered to us by mother nature. Then there are specific plants known for their sacred ability to assist us to connect spiritually. These are called entheogens (this is where the ceremonial part comes in).
Cacao is a very special entheogen known for its “heart-opening” medicine. It is both gentle and powerful. For the spiritual (ceremonial) aspects of the cacao to be active it takes a combination of carefully upheld conditions. Without these you may have some yummy chocolate but with them, you will also have a profound and sacred tool to connect with the cacao spirit and experience a next level heart-awakening.
NOTE! Please do not eat a big meal at least 2h before the event as the food might interfere with the effect of the cacao. Also not recommended for people with heart problems, severe depressions or pregnant women.
