What can you expect from this cacao ceremony?- You will have the opportunity to learn about ceremonial cacao, its history, and the incredible nutritional benefits of pure cacao.- You will be served ceremonial cacao and have a chance to savor and appreciate its goodness.- The ceremony will include a deeply guided meditation, cacao breath work, and time for personal reflection through journaling and sharing your thoughts.- There will also be beautiful additions to the ceremony such as crystal grids, angel cards, and an abundance of loving energy.- You can wear comfortable clothing, bring or wear socks, and bring a water bottle with you. We invite you to join us in the Salt Cave for this 90 minute ceremony and discover how cacao can help open your heart and provide inner healing.
