We’ll begin by sharing a cup of ceremonial-grade cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine known for supporting connection, clarity, and gentle emotional release.

• Gentle seated movement
• Breathwork to settle the nervous system
• Storytelling + intention setting
• Sound healing
• Guided meditation
• Journaling & inner inquiry
• Spacious time for integration

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or comfortable support for sitting on the floor
  (chairs are available if that’s better for your body)
• Water (cacao is grounding and slightly bitter)
• A journal + pen
• Anything else that helps you feel supported and at ease
