We are in very powerful times.

The advancements in technology, rise of AI means things are happening even quicker, and we can sometimes feel bombarded with all that's coming at us from every direction. We are so connected to everywhere in the world now that we are literally able to watch so many unimaginable, awful things going on globally. Which is causing most people to be constantly living in the fight-flight response due to the constant triggers to our sense of safety and 'all being well.' The energy of which can be very intense and stressful if we fight against it.

The most important thing we can do right now is keep a regular practice of alignment, to rise above fear and pain, and raise our vibration, connecting to our higher self, so we can step into our power. And be more conscious and intentional in our thinking, words, behaviours and actions.
