What is a Cacao Ceremony?

A cacao ceremony is a sacred and ancient ritual, originating from the Mayans and Aztecs, where cacao is used as a heart-opening medicine for spiritual connection, healing, and transformation. It is a practice of deep intention, gratitude, and self-reflection, often accompanied by meditation, music, prayer, or movement. The spirit of cacao is believed to help release emotional blockages, enhance clarity, and cultivate love and unity within oneself and the community. It is a beautiful way to honor ancestral wisdom while embracing personal and collective growth.

Our beautiful Ale Sai will lead the ceremony. Ale Sai, a free-spirited individual from the Riviera Maya Jungle in Mexico, possesses a profound gift for facilitating spiritual healing ceremonies, particularly the traditional Mayan Cacao Ceremony. With deep passion for her work, she approaches each ceremony with an open heart and boundless love.

Ale masterfully blends Mayan traditions with her unique personal touch and musical talent, creating a truly memorable and transformative experience. It is no surprise that she is affectionately known as the "Queen of Cacao." Her ceremonies-including Ayahuasca, Kambo, Rapeh, and Bufo-are infused with warmth, care, and a genuine spirit of connection.

Her expertise and devotion to spiritual wellness have led her to share her wisdom on prestigious platforms, including Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop event in Los Angeles, where she brought the magic of her ceremonies to a global audience.

Love & Laughter is honored to host Ale for her 3rd visit to our Community. Coco and MJ will be cofacilitating to ensure we are in flow of the magic of keeping an open heart to recieve the medicin of love.
