On this special day of balance and renewal, we invite you to gather with us as we create a beautiful **flower altar**, honoring the vibrant blooms of spring and the transformative energy of cacao. Let’s connect with nature, each other, and our inner selves as we sip on rich cacao and set intentions for the season ahead. ??

This class will begin with breath & gentle movement, then move into a meditative, heart opening cacao ceremony. Immerse yourself in a sound bath of crystal singing bowls while taking a journey through guided meditation. We will be consuming 100% ceremonial cacao.
CACAO CEREMONIES ARE HELPFUL FOR GETTING CLARITY, SETTING INTENTIONS,
DOING HEALING WORK, & INNER PROCESSING. BEING IN A SACRED SPACE HELPS YOU GET OUT OF YOUR NORMAL FRAME OF MIND,
ALLOWING YOU TO EXPERIENCE NEW INSIGHTS AND PERSPECTIVES.
