Cacao Ceremony

Come join us for a magical experience at the Bethesda Salt Cave. Dive deep into the world of ceremonial chocolate as we gather in a sacred circle to honor this powerful plant medicine. If you are a chocolate lover, this is for you! Here you will learn the benefits and history of cacao, experience a heart opening meditation and other connection practices.

PLEASE BRING:

Socks, a securely closed water bottle, comfy clothes, and an open mind.
The Cave is a special venue, we ask that you please do NOT wear anything with a fragrance, or you will not be permitted inside.
Cacao is dehydrating, and so is the salt cave. Please make sure that you drink plenty of water before and after the event. Also, try not to drink any coffee that morning. May be too much stimulation.
PLEASE NOTE:

Cacao is a cardiovascular stimulate, it is not suited for those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or those with caffiene sensitivities.
