Come join us for a cozy Cacao Ceremony where we'll celebrate gratitude together! Opening the self to deeper healing to ease the mind
This is a moment to have Gratitude for the self. As the year is coming to a close we will be reflecting on how much energy has been experienced and how being human includes fruition or deeper learning of the self. This is where we honor that part.
The raw, healing, learning version of ourselves are open to rest here.
This Cacao Ceremony is an invitation to be and melt. To soften as the heart opens to cacao, music, and reiki healing to soothe the body into the safe space that’s created to rest into.
Foster Braden and Amanda Skyles will be guiding the Ceremony with..
• In depth education on cacao, its nutrition to the body, and how to honor it

Afterwards leading into a healing music session, Foster will be singing and have a multitude of instruments to connect with everyone as we drink and be
Concluding the evening will be Amanda Skyles guiding everyone into a group Reiki session. Reiki is a wonderful way to rebalance the energy that moves through the body. Bringing the nervous system back to equilibrium.
