Join me for my last Cacao Ceremony at The Harmony Hub in 2025 and take some time for you! ❤️Reconnect with Your Own Heart - A time for yourself and your own inner healing.
For thousands of years ancient tribes have considered Cacao as a sacred plant with healing properties. Not only was cacao used in ceremonial settings but it was also renowned as a medicinal plant that aids in the healing of and opening up of the heart. It facilitates greater connection to other people and to yourself. Allowing you to feel, hear and speak your own truth.
We will come together for this sacred ceremony, honouring this sacred plant medicine, the time, space, yourself, and all the components that will come together to create this special experience.
We will set our intention and reconnect, opening up our hearts, allowing the healing to begin.
It is such a beautiful practice and I hope you will join this sacred ceremony.
Places are restricted so that everyone can get the most out of this beautiful experience, so booking is essential. The cost to join this ceremony is £8. The evening will consist of giving thanks to the ancient medicine and receiving its gift in the form of a blessing.
You will then drink the sacred Cacao and accept its medicine.
We will also look to my own Sacred Cacao Oracle cards for any needed clarity or guidance.
To aid your blood flow and connect to self you will be guided through a Breathwork session, before relaxing in to the space under a warm blanket for a soundbath to allow the vibration of sound to aid you to connect to your heartspace 💚
The sacred Cacao will open your heart and give you release so you can heal and reconnect. The breathwork and soundbath will further aide that connection and inner healing. You will be welcome to share in this safe and nurturing circle, giving you the time and love to let go.

**please note**
Cacao has no hallucinogenic effects and is a natural plant medicine. It has medicinal properties and is a healing medicine.
As it does open the heart anyone who has any heart problems (pacemaker, etc) would be advised not to use cacao.
Anyone on any blood pressure medication must make the facilitator aware as your dose will need to be reduced.
Also if you are taking anti-depressant medication you may experience a slight headache after taking cacao.
