SACRED RITUAL CACAO CEREMONY We will start this evening with a Ceremonial Cacao Gathering.
Come experience the delicious ambrosia of decadent and rich cacao. This wondrous experience will initiate and create authenticity in movement and enhance our group connection in the ancient & primal ritual of dance.

Free your spirit, invigorate your body, and feel the joy of being alive.
The two rivers of yoga and dance reunite in combination of Yoga asana & pranayama as a preparation to enter into spontaneous dance & movement. This incredible mix creates "a contemporary exploration of conscious movement in a meditative organic flow”. Trance dance encourages spontaneous, free-form movement promoting creative self-expression and loosening of inhibitions augmented by a delectable and inviting playlist.
Trance Dance allows us to come back into the physical body and merge with our prana- the vital energy of life. We will begin with the earth element, move through the other four elements and culminate in an ethereal relaxation followed by a short sound journey. In the post euphoric glow we will release to relax during an ethereal and magical sound bath with alchemy instruments for a decadent renewal of self care & love .
This session is mostly physical movement - Dress how you would like to dance~ barefoot.
