Cacao Ceremony & Sound Journey

Cacao is a delicious, heart‑opening superfood, rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It tastes beautiful and chocolaty but it’s so much more than that.
Cherished for thousands of years, it was used ceremonially by the Olmecs and Mayans.
I drink cacao most days for its calming, nourishing qualities - magnesium for relaxation, theobromine for gentle energy and mood‑lifting compounds that help you soften and unwind.
Sound healing pairs perfectly with cacao. Through vibration and frequency, instruments help calm the nervous system, release tension and create spaciousness in the mind.
Together, cacao and sound offer a deeply restorative journey back to yourself.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, enjoy organic ceremonial cacao, move through a sound healing experience and a drumming journey, with a few lovely surprises along the way.
Mats, blankets and cushions are provided — simply arrive, relax and enjoy.
Dates: Sunday 18th October & Saturday 23rd January
Time: 4–5.30pm
Price: £30 per person / £27 return attendees
Location: Yoga Borne, Stirchley
After booking you’ll receive a PayPal receipt; I send confirmations manually within 12 hours, however, rest assured, your space is secured.
All equipment is provided, and the studio will have a lovely cosy Autumnal feel to it.
