What to expect:

• Cacao Ritual: We begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and focus the mind.
• Sound Immersion: Lay back and let the frequencies of crystal bowls and chimes wash over you, releasing physical tension and mental clutter.
