Many of us carry unspoken pain, resentment, or regrets that weigh us down. This gathering is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, open your heart to compassion, and set intentions for a future filled with clarity and abundance.

We begin the evening with ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its ability to open the heart, calm the mind, and guide us into deeper self-awareness. As we sip this warm, nurturing drink, we will be led through a guided meditation focused on forgiveness—for ourselves, for others, and for any past experiences that may still hold emotional weight.

Journaling is a powerful tool for self-reflection and transformation. With guided prompts, you will explore:

✨ What you are calling into your life next

By consciously releasing the past, we make room for new beginnings and manifestations.

To deepen the healing process, you will be immersed in the therapeutic vibrations of Tibetan mantra chanting and sacred sound healing instruments. These harmonic frequencies work on a cellular level, helping to:

• Please inform us of any allergies. Our cacao is made with water, vanilla soya milk, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt. - infussed with Reiki
• If you have heart conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on MAOIs/SSRIs, please let us know so we can adjust your cacao dose accordingly.
• Yoga mats, blankets, and cushions will be provided for your comfort.
