We’ll gather in a safe, heart centered space, working with ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart and support a deeper connection inward.
Cacao has been used for centuries as a grounding, heart opening plant medicine that supports emotional awareness, presence, and connection. Its effects are subtle, helping you relax, soften, and tune into your inner world.
In honor of Mother’s Day, this experience will include a focus on inner child connection and reparenting.
Even if you had a beautiful childhood, there are often moments or parts of ourselves that are still asking for a little more care, attention, or understanding.
This is your space to meet those parts of yourself with compassion.
