What is a Kundalini Activation?

This is a powerful energy transmission that activates your own vital life-force energy.

This is all within you and has been since birth. This is the most transformative energy we have available to us. As this begind to awaken - your body, mind, and spirit respond, bringing emotions and limiting beliefs into your awareness that may have been holding you back to living life to your full potential. This session can unlock your own natural power to heal, expand, and transform.

I like to describe this not as you gaining anything - You are already perfect and whole. This is simply being held in a safe place to let go of everything you have picked up along the way (pain, grief, fear) which is not who you truly are.

What do I have to do during a session?

During a session, you will have to do nothing, allowing the process to unfold. This is a process of surrender. You will lie comfortably on a provided yoga mat, listening to music which enhances the experience. I may gently touch chakra or meridian points on your body (optional) to increase the natural flow of energy.

The activation doesn’t end on the mat - the activation can shift your vibration, creating real, lasting change in your life.

Mirabel Williams @healwithmirabel

I am a certified Reiki Master and Kundalini Activation Facilitator who hosts regular healing events around London. My spiritual journey began when I was 22 and working in the legal world. Growing up, I always felt there was "more" & it was only when I read the book "The Secret", that my mind opened to a different way of being.

Throughout my 20s I travelled & explored many different healing modalities, but it wasn’t until my first Kundalini Activation that I experienced a sense of calm in my mind far beyond everything I had experienced in the years before. I finally was able to connect with my body and the love in my heart. Since awakening my own Kundalini, more healing gifts have awakened such as light language, which I am now able to share with you in my sessions. It's something I feel honoured to share 🙏🏻

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

A Cacao Ceremony is a heart-opening practice using pure ceremonial-grade cacao. We will be drinking really beautiful, ethically sourced Venezualan Cacao.

We will begin with guided meditation, breathwork and intention setting. You will then be served a warm cup of Cacao prepared with dates and spices. Cacao has been known for generations as a plant medicine to support emotional openness aand connection. We always move straight from the Cacao Ceremony into the Kundalini Activation with no interruptions, to help you stay in a relaxed and open state.

⏱️ Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for registration. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, late arrivals will not be accommodated.

Important information

• Avoid alcohol or other substances 24 hours before and after the session
• Eat lightly or avoid food for 2 hours before
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Yoga mats, eye masks and blankets will be provided
• You may wish to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
