Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing Journey

Join us for a unique event, starting with a cacao ceremony, then flowing into mindful movements (Qigong) to open your energy pathways focusing on the lungs. The virtue of the lungs is your ability to live in the present moment and let go of what no longer serves you. As we transition into the sound journey, you will be guided into a meditation to journey deep into your being, release and embrace the flow of the Water element.

As you connect with the nurturing and cleansing energy of the Water element, you become more attuned to your inner world, the depth of your being, embracing your shadows with compassion and allowing them to dissolve it all through presence and deep awareness.
