Join us for a cacao ceremony and sound journey as we honor the Water element.

This nurturing experience invites you to dive deep into the heart of your being - to gently uncover and release fear, old grudges, wounds, sadness, limiting beliefs, attachments, unfulfilled desires, unprocessed emotions, and stories you’ve outgrown.

It is a unique event, starting with a cacao ceremony, then flowing into mindful movements (Qigong) to open your energy pathways focusing on the lungs. The virtue of the lungs is your ability to live in the present moment and let go of what no longer serves you. As we transition into the sound journey, you will be guided into a meditation to journey deep into your being, release and embrace the flow of the Water element.
