Limited to just 10 participants, this intimate healing sound meditation begins with a sacred cacao ceremony, an ancient plant medicine known to gently open the heart, elevate mood, and deepen connection. We will explore messages shared through reading oracle cards together before settling into our sound meditation. From this grounded space, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, designed to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and bring balance to body, mind, and spirit.
