What To Expect:

Ceremonial Cacao: Begin the evening by sharing a warm, heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao. This gentle plant ally helps soften the mind and open the heart, inviting deeper emotional connection and presence.

Guided Breathwork: Be led through a nourishing breath journey to clear stagnant energy, calm your nervous system, and awaken your inner life force.

Sound Bath: Finally, led by intuition and an open heart, Emma creates a soothing soundscape using gongs, Himalayan and crystal bowls, and koshi chimes - inviting you into a space of balance, release, and renewal.

What you Will Need:

• Please wear extra cosy layers as the workshop can be chilly this time of year - though we do have plenty of heaters and blankets.
• A pen and journal if you wish – I would like us to write something down to let go of

About Emma:

I’m Emma Bjelan, the creator of SoulSounds and Breathwork, born from my own journey of self-discovery and healing. Through years of inner exploration and transformation, I’ve uncovered my purpose - to help others reconnect with their true selves through sound and breath.

Having recently completed Medicine Woman training, I’ve walked the path of deep inner healing to hold space for others on theirs. Guided by intuition and heart, I weave together the gentle power of sound using gongs, Himalayan and crystal bowls, and koshi chimes, creating immersive sound baths and ceremonies that nurture balance, release, and renewal.
