Cacao, Breathwork & Sound Bath hosted by Cleveland Psychedelic Collective

Join us for a Cacao Gathering and Elemental Rhythm Breathwork with Sound Bath, a transformative 2-hour community experience led by Johnna Marcino and Benjamin Blondin.

Cacao is the pure, unprocessed form of chocolate — but far more powerful than anything you'd find on a store shelf. Long before chocolate was ever commercialized, indigenous Mesoamerican peoples held cacao as sacred, using it in ceremony to heal, connect, and commune with the divine. When prepared as a warm ceremonial drink, cacao gently opens the heart, boosts your mood, and brings a sense of warmth and clarity to the mind and body. Receive the medicine with gratitude for the ancient traditions that kept cacao alive for us today.

Breathwork is an incredibly powerful healing modality that can facilitate deep emotional, psychological and physical release. It is a transformational technique that can ignite intense inner exploration through entering into a non-ordinary state of consciousness. In this class, we take some of the most powerful components of different modalities to create an experience that can deepen your connection to self, clear your mind, reduce stress, help to heal inner trauma, release emotions, and expand awareness.

We will start by honoring the spirit of Cacao then flow into Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, using intentional breathing techniques to release tension, awaken clarity, and deepen connection to self and spirit.
The evening will close with a restorative sound bath, allowing the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to wash over you—integrating the practice and leaving you in a state of grounded renewal.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that helps you feel cozy (blanket, pillow, eye mask). Open to all levels and experience backgrounds.

Energy exchange: Sliding scale $30-$45. Cash, Zelle or Venmo @jmmarcino - You can prepay or pay in person.
