Come and step away from the noise of the outside world and into a little pocket of magic. ✨
We begin with ceremonial cacao — a beautiful plant medicine, naturally vegan-friendly — before moving into breathwork to soften the body, settle the mind and prepare you to receive.
Then the journey begins… 🌙

Crystal bowls.
Deep vibrations.
Beautiful layers of sound and tone.
Allow yourself to be cocooned in sound as the vibrations wash over you, helping you to soften, release tension and drop into a deeply restful space.
