The weeks following the Lunar New Year are traditionally a time of integration - when intentions have been planted, and we’re invited to trust the unfolding rather than rush ahead.
The Crown Chakra, our center of peace, surrender, and spiritual connection, supports this exact moment. When this energy is open, we feel held, guided, and at ease with not having all the answers. When it’s blocked, we feel anxious, disconnected, and overly responsible for everything.
This 2-hour experience offers a space to release mental effort, soften control, and reconnect with a deeper sense of trust - in yourself, your path, and the timing of your life

• One gentle Kundalini kriya to release stuck energy in the neck and along the spine
• Breathwork with vocal toning to activate expression and inner resonance

• Journaling and an optional sharing circle to speak from the heart in a safe space

Lola’s roots are Indigenous to Central America, and her offerings are deeply inspired by the Earth-honoring traditions of her lineage. A lifelong practitioner of the holistic arts and yoga, she finds joy in creating spaces where others can heal, feel, and return to wholeness.

We call her a parasympathetic worshipper, devoted to the art of slowing down, soothing the nervous system, and creating sustainable self-healing.
In her free time, Lola is healing her own heart, training for her first Black Belt in Kung Fu, and always hunting for the best vegan spots in the city.
