Cacao & Sound Healing Gratitude Circle

Join Juliana for an hour and a half of community connection and gratitude! Juliana will start the event with a cacao ceremony, pouring each attendee a fresh cup of pumpkin maple cacao. We will meditate and set intentions with the cacao. We will then have time for group share and journaling, connecting with what's on our minds and hearts this fall season. The experience will end with a sound bath, relaxing your nervous system with the frequeinces of crystal sound bowls, ocean drum, and koshi chimes.

Located in Encinitas a private studio, please arrive a few minutes early to find parking. It's recommended to bring your own mug, journal, and something comfortable to sit on (bolster/blanket/yoga mat).
