Sound baths are a great way to dip your toes into the vast ocean of sound healing. Various sounds and vibrations are brought forth from a Tibetan and Crystal Sound Bowls to instill a sense of deep calm and relaxation within all the layers of the physical and energetic bodies that will continue to ripple long after the session.Nothing is required of you but your willingness to simply be present and absorb the rich textures and sensations that sound can provide, encouraging that which needs to be released to release and that which needs to be affirmed to rise to the surface.
