Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath—an experience to open your heart and elevate your spirit.Embark on a journey of self-discovery, self-care, and healing. We will begin with meditation to prepare our hearts to receive the healing properties of cacao, which will open and expand the heart, deepening feelings of love, joy, connection, compassion, and gratitude. As insights arise, we will note them to support our spiritual and personal growth. We'll end our gathering with a sound bath session, in which you can fully relax and surrender as the sound vibrations flow through your body, releasing stagnant energy and promoting deep healing.
WHAT AWAITS YOU:
- Heart-centered Meditation: Guided meditation focused on connecting deeply with your heart, cultivating love and compassion from within.
- Sacred Cacao: Experience the heart-opening properties of ceremonial-grade cacao. This sacred drink will nourish your heart, elevate your spirit, and help you connect more deeply with yourself and others.
- Journaling/Oracle Cards: Reflect and connect with your inner self through journaling and the messages from the oracle cards. This practice will help you explore your emotions, set intentions, and deepen your self-awareness.
- Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the soothing sound vibrations of healing instruments. The harmonious sounds will bring you deep relaxation, nervous system rebalancing, emotional release, and chakra balancing.
WHAT TO BRING:
-Water
-Wear comfortable clothes
-Notebook and pen for journaling

HOW TO PREPARE YOURSELF FOR CACAO: (This is so the cacao can be quickly absorbed, enabling you to go deeper into your journey.)
-Please avoid heavy food, alcohol, and caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, caffeinated teas, or energy drinks, on the day of the event.
-Make sure to drink plenty of water both before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated.
- Recommendation: do not eat at least 2 hours before the ceremony.
