Cacao & Sound Bath

We will begin with meditation to prepare our hearts to receive the healing properties of cacao, which will open and expand the heart, deepening feelings of love, joy, connection, compassion, and gratitude. As insights arise, we will take note of them to support our spiritual and personal growth. We'll end our gathering with a sound bath, in which you can fully relax and surrender as the sound vibrations flow through your body, releasing stagnant energy and promoting deep healing.

How to prepare yourself for cacao:
(This is so the cacao can be quickly absorbed, enabling you to go deeper into your journey.)

• Please avoid heavy food, alcohol, and caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, caffeinated teas, or energy drinks, on the day of the event.
• Make sure to drink plenty of water both before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated.
• Recommendation: do not eat at least 2 hours before the ceremony.
