Join us in sacred circle as we celebrate the Spring Equinox with heart-opening cacao and healing sound. ??

This gathering is an opportunity to align with the energies of renewal, growth, and connection. We'll begin by sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao—known for its powerful ability to open the heart, increase circulation, and support connection and release.

Then we’ll journey into a guided Song Circle, where you'll be invited to listen or sing along to simple, soulful songs honoring Mother Earth and the spirit of spring. Lyrics and guidance will be provided, and the music will be accompanied by live instruments to help us drop in and harmonize as one.

? No singing experience required — all voices are welcome! This is not about sounding perfect; it’s about expressing freely, connecting deeply, and awakening the voice as a powerful tool for healing and meditation. Singing together helps open the heart and throat chakras, release stagnant energy, and welcome in a renewed sense of self.

This event will be led by Sucha Kumar, E-RYT 500 yoga teacher at Ananda Sky Yoga and ancestral connection event facilitator. She will lovingly guide you through the cacao ceremony with meditation, gentle breathwork, and lead songs using harmonium and drums to help us drop into our bodies and open our hearts.
