What to expect:
• We begin by landing in the space. Arriving in the body, connecting with the breath & gently opening the voice
• Mama Cacao to connect deeper and open our hearts, honouring the phase of the New Moon
• We dive into medicine music, chanting & intuitive songs, weaving our voices into a shared field of resonance
• There will be moments of silence between songs, allowing the sound to settle and the resonance to be felt.
• You are invited to sing, hum, chant, listen, move, rest, receive or simply be. Come as you are. Bring your voice, presence & whatever you’re ready to bring into the circle.
• We close by listening inwardly and feeling into what has been created together.
