An evening of connecting with the ecstasy of your inner being.

Through dance we taste the divine, in movement we find the medicine we have been seeking. It all begins with connection to Self, through breath, sound and movement.

Join Demi for a cacao ceremony and Shakti flow journey into your infinite bliss through tantric embodiment, ecstatic dance and movement practices.

What To Expect:

A monthly 2-hour ceremonial movement shala, a space to connect with the ecstasy of your own body and taste the divine through dance. We will begin with a sacred medicine ceremony, connecting to the energetics of cacao, and infusing the medicine with our intentions. We will then drop into the depths of our body through tantric embodiment, anchoring the pillars of breath, sound and movement. Once we’ve arrived in our centre, we will begin the music journey, a guided soundscape curated to the energetics of the space.

Each workshop will have an archetypal theme of the feminine, taking us on a journey to reclaim these lost aspects of ourselves. The intention is to drop into Shakti Kundalini, the feminine life force of creation, to reawaken the serpentine priestess, to enliven sensuality and reclaim the wisdom of the Womb-an.

We will embark on an inner journey of expression, somatic sounding, movement medicine and liberation. Dropping out of the mind and into the wisdom of the body, letting dance bring us back to divinity. To close we will finish with a grounding yoga nidra, before gathering in circle to share our experience with our Sisters and feeling the nourishment of community.

It’s a judgement-free space which welcomes wild expression, emotional release and liberation. It’s a space to reclaim the medicine of movement, the bliss of embodiment and the solace of sisterhood.

About Your Guide:

Demi is an intuitive energy healer and light language channel. She has been deep in initiation with the feminine earth energy of Kundalini since 2020.After many underworld experiences and dark nights of the soul she found herself drawn to the Goddess and the feminine left-hand path. She began exploring womb work, sexual healing, female embodiment, earth magic, shamanic journeying and the reclamation of the feminine.

Her spiritual journey began 8 years ago but the calling to heal her own inner feminine has led her to this space. Demi studied a Masters in Interdisplinary Psychology and is particularly passionate about fusing the mind-body-soul connection. Her work blends psychology, tantric embodiment, channelling and shamanism to create a multidimensional offering.
