Cacao & Dance Journey

We’ll gather to set intention, align with our hearts and open up into an authentic journey of movement. Led by a carefully curated musical landscape, we will allow our bodies to move in whatever way feels right. Ending with a circle, we will have a chance to share, connect and honour the journey we experienced together.

Ceremonial Chocolate
Our evening will begin with a cacao ceremony to open our hearts, set intention and ground us in the moment. Cacao is a sacred, gentle plant medicine that invites warmth, connection, and presence within ourselves and the collective.

Intuitive Dance
Thea will lead us in an embodied warm up, connecting our mind, body and spirit. From there, our dance will be a chance to express ourselves fully, with no judgments and no expectations. Feel the music, let your body lead, and move as you wish in a supportive space.

Bring water to drink, wear comfortable clothes, and arrive with an open heart. This is an intentional space to connect with ourselves and one another. No experience is needed—just a willingness to let yourself be. Come connect, and celebrate the power of embodied, authentic movement. Let’s create magic together!

note: the location is on Broad Street right beside Robinson's Outoor Store. It's a good idea to give yourself extra time to park if driving! When you arrive come up the set of stairs and you will find us there! :)
