Home to the magnificent Great Hall and the iconic Hogarth Stair, this beautifully 18th-century venue provides a truly magical setting for an afternoon of connection, reflection and wellbeing.
Together, we will slow down and step away from the demands of daily life as we gather in community to share ceremonial-grade cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine that has been enjoyed for centuries to support presence, creativity, and connection.
Throughout the experience, you will be gently guided through meditation, breathwork and reflective practices designed to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. There will be opportunities for meaningful conversation, self-enquiry and authentic connection with others in a warm and welcoming environment.
As the experience unfolds, you will be invited to relax into a deeply immersive sound bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and healing instruments to support rest, release and inner balance.
