Join us on Thursday, Sept 24th, 2026, 7:00 PM at Chuo Izakaya for a delightful experience that will tantalize your taste buds.

Sip on fabulous concoctions expertly crafted by Chou's Beverage Director, Shaun Traxler, paired with savory bites curated by Executive Chef Darwin Beyer.

Then, let MUSA Chocolatier's Founder & Chief Chocolatier, Stephanie Danielle Martinez, immerse you in the history of chocolate- where it comes from and how it's made. Discover the magic of the very alien fruit, the cacao pod, as she cracks it open and offers a fresh sample.

Finally, you will have different flavors of ganache to roll into classic truffles with a variety of toppings to choose from. You get to take home as many as you make!
