Cacao 4 Directions Ceremony (Sept 7 & 21)

It is said that the eclipse is a time when nature is conspiring to help us go deeper if we are only willing to take the plunge.

Eclipses are forces of the universe that encourage us to evolve by disruption of the familiar and relevation surrounding deeper truths. They provide insight toward the direction of your life calling you towards higher expression. “As within so without as above so below as the universe so the soul.”

The eclipse symbolize endings new beginnings and significant changes in life aligning with the dynamic energy of the four directions. 

Join me for a 2 week immersion where we connect with the four directions:

- North: Earth balance and embodiment. 

- East: Air inspiration and knowledge. 

- South: Fire transformation and change. 

- West: Water emotions and self-reflection. 

On each the Lunar and Solar Eclipses we will have a Four Directions Cacao Ceremony featuring a flavoured ceremonial Cacao from Ecuador for each direction. The ceremonies will take place in a wood barrel sauna providing a 5 sensory experience for each direction. In between the two Eclipses we will maintain our connection with the four elements through a daily meditative practice.
