The first step in building cabinets is constructing the "box" or carcass. In this hands-on class, you will learn the proper techniques to create a strong and durable cabinet carcass. Joinery and assembly techniques for most cabinet applications will be discussed. The Kreg jig will be demonstrated and used for the face frame assembly.Prerequisites: None
Tools Required: Tape Measure, Steel Rule, Adjustable Square, Pencils or other Marking device, Notebook, Safety Glasses & Hearing Protection.
Skill Level: All
Cost: $150.00 + $50.00 Material Fee Due to the Instructor on the Day of the Class.
