CAB Doula + Family Speed Date Event

Join us at Groundswell MN Coffee, Cafe and Bakery for a fun and informative event!

Are you expecting and looking to meet local doulas? Wanting to learn how a doula can help support you during pregnancy, birth and postpartum?

Come meet with experienced doulas who can provide support. This is your chance to ask questions, get to know different doulas, and find the perfect match for your family.

SCHEDULE:

6:00 PM - Arrive at Groundswell, grab a beverage and / or something to eat. Groundswell has a delicious menu

6:15 PM - We will share a quick intro and then facilitate 'speed date' sessions so you can meet with multiple doulas in one evening.

7:00 PM - Wrap up, grab a swag bag and follow up information

You're of course invited to stick around for more conversation and community.

Whether you're a first-time parent or adding to your family, this event is for anyone interested in working with a local doula.

Our goal for expecting families: provide an organized opportunity to meet with a handful of locally trained doulas in one evening and see who might be a good fit to support them through their birth.
