C4 presents Premieres II: Exhale

C4: The Choral Composer/Conductor Collective presents Premieres II: Exhale, a concert devoted to growth in choral composition. The group has selected new works by composers both inside and outside the group, and given them the opportunity to tinker with their pieces during the rehearsal process, with guidance and feedback from C4 singers, composers and conductors.

All pieces on this program are world premieres:

• O nata lux, Emma Daniels
• IV - Depression (Grief Quintet), Jacob Lyon
• The New Achilles, Hannah Sobel
• from VALIS, George Wright
• This Body Is, This Body Is
• Dead Flowers, Marie Herrington
• Volcano, Elis Jones
• Romance ("Ruth and Naomi"), David Mailman

Ticket prices are as follows.

• Pay what you can ticket: $10
• Standard ticket: $30
• Pay it forward ticket: $50; this ticket is an elective purchase that makes it possible for us to offer discounted tickets and share our music with audience members who could not otherwise attend.
• Donation ticket: suggested minimum of $5; this ticket is meant for students, seniors, fellow artists, and anyone for whom cost may be a limiting factor.

All are encouraged to purchase the ticket that is most appropriate to them. There is no difference in seating or other distinction in the concert experience.
